Add Webinar Registration to Event

 

If the event you are creating in Cvent is for a Webinar, there are a few extra steps that need to be taken.  

 

  1. Schedule your webinar in GoToWebinar.  An email will be sent to you via gotowebinar@citrixonline.com with the registration link needed for your invitees.  
  2. Add the Register Now url in the My Registration page. (Registration Process > Registration Pages > My Registration > Presentation Options).  The text and sample weblink are already in the template.  
  3. Add that Register Now url in the Registration Confirmation email template from Cvent. (Emails > Email Templates > Registration Confirmation> HTML Email).  The text and sample weblink are already in the template.  

 

Reminder emails about the webinar will be sent via Citrix.
